The Customer Draw Request Process
|
| 1) Click on the link for the online service
|
2) Enter the contractor name, file number, customer name and address of the property
**If you hit cancel through any of these fields, a "Not Entered" will appear
|
3) Scroll to the bottom of page 1 and click on the Create Waivers button. At that point, the
appropriate waivers will print to your default printer.
**Be sure that your default printer is set. If it is not set, it will appear that nothing is
happening
|
| 4) Click Submit at the bottom of the page to automatically email the draw request to the draw
representative at Metropolitan Title Company
|
| 5) Upon acceptance of the draw request, the Metropolitan Title draw representative will email
the accepted sworn statement back to you so you can save it to your hard drive.

| NOTES:
|
| ** You usually want to work off the 1st SS to fill out the second, and then use the 2nd SS to fill
out the 3rd, etc. If that is the case, you will need to save the emailed copy to your hard drive
|
| ** Any changes made to the sworn statements will require them to be re-submitted.
|
| ** If you wish to save the sworn statements directly to your hard drive without having to wait
for the Metropolitan draw representative to email it back to you, you may purchase the full
version of Adobe Acrobat and install it on your computer.
